  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
    Yes! To keep costs down for our clients, we require you to provide all cleaning products and equipment, including: Vacuum & mop Cleaning sprays & disinfectants Cloths, sponges, and any specific cleaning products you'd like us to use
  • Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
    Yes! All our cleaners are fully insured and go through a strict vetting process before joining our team.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    Absolutely! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to make changes to your appointment.
  • How do I book a cleaning service?
    You can book directly through our website, call us, or send us a message. Simply choose the service you need, select a time that suits you, and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, it’s entirely up to you! Many of our clients provide access via a key or door code. Our cleaners are fully vetted and trustworthy, ensuring your home is in safe hands.
  • Can I request the same cleaner each time?
    We do our best to assign the same cleaner for regular bookings, but availability may vary. If your usual cleaner isn’t available, we will notify you and provide another highly trained professional.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
